Once a Work Event is assigned to a Service Provider, the option to export the Work Event is presented in the Assigned Service Provider section at the top of the Work Event.

Clicking the green Send Work Event to Service Provider as PDF button will create and send an email to the assigned Service Provider and all additional email addresses in the Service Provider’s profile.  This email will contain a PDF of the Work Event page and include copies of any Work Event Attachments in the Work Event.
