Global Project Templates

Projects (see Definitions) and Templates (see Definitions) are created within a customer record for use only for that customer. Global Project Templates enable users to pre-create Projects (and Templates within) that are available for use with any customer.  If enabled for your tenant, you select Global Project Templates in the Navigation menu, then click Create Project Template, and complete the same steps you would follow to create a Project (see Creating a Project) and optionally a Template (see Creating a Template) within that Project.

These Global Project Templates become selectable when creating a Work Event (see Creating a Work Event) for any customer.  Once selected in a customer Work Event, it is cloned into the customer record and is customizable for any specifics for that customer and will remain reusable as a part of that customer record going forward or you may once again choose a Global Project Template when creating another Work Event for that customer.
