Account Manager

Administrator users have Account Manager settings available to them.  After clicking your name or avatar/photo in the upper left, you will have a Company Subscription tab available.

  1. Company Subscription
    1. Quota Details.  A grid displaying seven metrics on records created in your account.
    2. Subscription Details.  
      1. The Status of your subscription
      2. The current subscription Plan
      3. Monthly fees charges as applicable
      4. Subscription start date
      5. Subscription renewal date
    3. Payment Details.  If your account is on a credit card payment method, the credit card data on file is shown here.
    4. Close Account.  Clicking Close Account will delete any credit card payment methods on file, stop any recurring monthly subscription charges, and terminate all access to your account.
