  1. A picture containing drawing

Description automatically generated Accepted by SP: When a ServiceDemand account is connected as a Service Provider Company to a Customer account (optional and special configuration), this is displayed in the connected Customer Work Event header when a Work Event invitation is Accepted by the Service Provider Company.
  2. Expired: Has passed its scheduled date/time and no Service Provider is assigned.
  3.  Follow-up Required: The post-work survey determined that the Work Event was not completed resulting in the need to schedule a follow-up visit.

Description automatically generated  Invitation Accepted: When a ServiceDemand account is connected as a Service Provider Company to a Customer account (optional and special configuration), this is displayed when a Work Event invitation from the connected Customer is Accepted by the Service Provider Company.

Description automatically generated Provider Not Contacted: The Work Event is scheduled to start in 24 hours or less and the checkbox indicating that the Service Provider was contacted to verify that everything is on track for the assignment has not been checked.
