These sub-statuses are listed in the Navigation area under My Team Work Events as follows: (visual identifier shown if applicable and appears when Work Events are viewed or listed.)
- Accepted by SP: When a ServiceDemand account is connected as a Service Provider Company to a Customer account (optional and special configuration), this is displayed in the connected Customer Work Event header when a Work Event invitation is Accepted by the Service Provider Company.
- Expired: Has passed its scheduled date/time and no Service Provider is assigned.
- Follow-up Required: The post-work survey determined that the Work Event was not completed resulting in the need to schedule a follow-up visit.
- Invitation Accepted: When a ServiceDemand account is connected as a Service Provider Company to a Customer account (optional and special configuration), this is displayed when a Work Event invitation from the connected Customer is Accepted by the Service Provider Company.
- Invitation Rejected: When a ServiceDemand account is connected as a Service Provider Company to a Customer account (optional and special configuration), this is displayed when a Work Event invitation from the connected Customer is Rejected by the Service Provider Company.
- Needs Reassignment: The assigned Service Provider was un-assigned and a new Service Provider assignment is required.
- Pending Invitation: A ServiceDemand account is connected to a Customer account (optional and special configuration) and the Customer has invited a Service Provider Company to perform work in a Work Event.
- Pre-Flight Incomplete: The Work Event date/time is 24 hours or less away and the pre-flight checklist has not been completed yet.
- Provider Late: The assigned Service Provider has not checked-in for the Work Event and the start time has passed.
- Provider Not Contacted: The Work Event is scheduled to start in 24 hours or less and the checkbox indicating that the Service Provider was contacted to verify that everything is on track for the assignment has not been checked.

- Rejected by SP: When a ServiceDemand account is connected as a Service Provider Company to a Customer account (optional and special configuration), this is displayed in the connected Customer Work Event header when a Work Event invitation is Rejected by the Service Provider Company.
