You also have the option to remove an Asset from a Work Event in the case where you determine it is not part of the problem or does not require and attention in the service call.  Follow these steps:

  1. In the Assets List screen, click the edit icon on the asset to open the Update Asset screen. 
  2. Click Unlink from Work Event
  3. Enter the reason the asset is being unlinked and click the check mark.
