Upon logging into ServiceDemand via the app or browser, you will arrive at the Schedule tab in the mobile app or the Dashboard landing page in a browser.

In either the app or browser, the Work Events displayed are linked for ease of touch/click drill-through navigation to the underlying details.

App or Browser Navigation Options are:

 

  1. Navigation menu

  2. Work Events assigned to you during the indicated time frame

  3. Notifications: Touch or click to see all alerts sent to you related to your assigned Work Events

  4. Search box
