Work Event Invitations

There are two notifications presented when you have been invited to perform a Work Event.

  1. Email: Your ServiceDemand company profile was setup with a primary notification email address to receive notifications and alerts.  This is usually a monitored dispatch team or project team mailbox.   Your company ServiceDemand Administrator manages this field in the Settings page [See Company Settings in Settings].  The email will contain the invitation information and a link to jump directly to the Work Event.
  2. Menu Option: You can always review invitations by navigating the main menu options My Team Work Events >> Pending Invitations [Admins may use All Work Events >> Pending Invitations].  All Pending Invitations are listed here for action.  Note the Status is Draft and sub status is Pending Invitation.
